2 - 2 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope lipton beefy onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope lipton beefy onion soup mix
2 - 4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 - 3/4 C sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 C sour cream
Mix first 4 ingredients together and in crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hours until meat is very tender. (Don't lift lid before 7th hour).
About an hour before you're ready to eat, mix in the sour cream and let it heat thru!
Serve over pasta & enjoy!
**with the worcestershire and sour cream, its all about your preference! i am generous with the worcestershire because i love how much flavor it adds but i only do 1/2 C of sour cream. Just go with what your family will like!**
